Supplemental Privacy Notice for User Center

This Supplemental Privacy Notice is incorporated into and subject to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy between you and Laiye Technology (“LAIYE”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing the use of the User Center and the software services accessed and used via login to the User Center (“Service”).
Definitions
“Service” refers to the software services that you access and use by logging into the User Center, including Laiye Official Website (https://laiye.com), Laiye Agentic Process Automation Community Edition (APA), Laiye Agentic Document Processing (ADP), and Laiye Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), etc.

To understand usage patterns and user demand trends, including the aggregation and statistical analysis of commonly used commands and the adoption rates of newly introduced commands and functionalities

To evaluate APA usabilityand effectiveness, and to refine and optimize the information architecture,feature design, and overall user experience of APA

To identify and analyzecommon issues during development and automation processes, to support thedevelopment and improvement of error analysis and diagnostic agents, to assessprimary use cases of artificial intelligence functionalities, and to analyze typicalusage scenarios of screen operation instructions for the purpose of buildingsimulation, testing, and optimization environments

When you use APA, IDP, or ADP, please refrain from inputting or otherwise processingpersonal data that can identify you or others, or only input or otherwiseprocess anonymized information. If you voluntarily provide us with yourpersonal data when inputting or issuing instructions, it shall be deemed thatyou consent to our processing of your personal data. If you voluntarily decideto input or otherwise process personal data of others for your own needs, youshall obtain the necessary authorization and consent or have other legal basesin accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Who We Share Your Personal Data With
We may engage third-party companies or individuals as service providersto help us operate and support our Service. These third parties may support LAIYE in respect of a variety of business purposes including website and datahosting, research, SMS verification, after-sales anddata processing. These third parties have limited access to your information,may use your information only to perform agreed tasks, and are prohibited fromdisclosing or using your information for other purposes. The types ofthird-party service providers that we work with include:

With respect to APA, you may, at your sole discretion, add and invoke external large language models (“LLMs”) through the “AI Assistant Settings” and “Large Model Configuration” features of APA. We do not intervene in, control, or participate in the configuration or invocation of such third-party LLMs in any manner.You shall be solely responsible for all actions taken in connection with the addition, configuration, and use of any third-party LLMs in APA, as well as for any legal consequences arising therefrom. Any collection, processing, storage, or other handling of data by such LLMs shall be independently conducted by the relevant third-party providers. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the privacy policies, terms of service, and other applicable rules published by such third-party providers.With respect to IDP and ADP, the applicable third-party service providers are set forth in the table below.
