The Laiye User Center is operated by Laiye Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). In the course of our operations, we comply with the provisions of the Laiye General Privacy Policy (available at https://www.laiye.com/legal/privacy-policy) and this Special Notice on Laiye Technology User Center Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Special Notice") to collect, store, use, share, or otherwise handle (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Process") personal information.

1. Before using our software and services, please read and understand this Special Notice carefully, with particular attention to clauses highlighted in bold. Ensure your full understanding and consent before proceeding. Technical terms in this Special Notice are explained in plain language to facilitate comprehension.
2. Please note: When using our software and services, exercise caution in providing personal information through your inputs or instructions. By voluntarily providing personal information in your inputs or instructions, you consent to our collection, storage, or processing of such information. If your inputs or instructions involve third-party personal information, you must obtain their prior consent.
3. If you discover that others are improperly using your personal information through our software and services, please contact us via the methods provided in this Special Notice.
4. Based on the principle of minimal necessity, we do not proactively request identification or age information when providing software and services. Thus, in most cases, we cannot verify whether users are minors or children under 14 (inclusive). If you are a minor, we advise you to have your guardian review this Special Notice and obtain their consent before using our software/services or providing personal information. If your guardian objects to your use of our software/services or provision of personal information under this Special Notice, please cease use immediately and notify us at privacy@laiye.com for further action. If we inadvertently collect minors’ personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete such information or take other appropriate measures in compliance with applicable laws.
Definitions
Terms in this Special Notice are defined as follows:
"Software and Services" Refers to products and services provided through the Laiye User Center, including but not limited to the Intelligent Document Processing Platform (IDP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) series products/services, and software training services.
"Customer" Refers to a legal entity or organization that authorizes natural persons to register accounts, establishes organizational structures, and holds administrative privileges. Customers may invite individuals to join their organization as Authorized Users.
"Authorized User" Refers to a natural person invited or authorized by a Customer to join its organizational structure within Laiye products and use the Software and Services.
"Individual User" Refers to a natural person who registers and uses the Software and Services in a personal capacity, distinct from an Authorized User.
Authorized Users and Individual Users are collectively referred to as "Users" or "You"

We share your personal information only for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes in compliance with laws, the Laiye General Privacy Policy and this Special Notice. We execute confidentiality agreements with recipients and require adherence to our policies and security measures.
For the purpose of providing you with the Software and Servicesof Robotic Process Automation (RPA) series products, as well as the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), we may integrate third-party technical services into the aforementioned Software and Services. We may also provide third parties with the personal information (if any) involved in the content you input or upload while using the RPA and IDP. If you refuse to allow us to share the personal information in the content you input or upload with third parties, please contact us via the methods specified in this Special Notice. Please note that your refusal will prevent you from using the functions of the aforementioned Software and Services.
For the purpose of enabling the basic business functions of Laiye’s series of Software and Services, we have entrusted third parties to assist in providing you with services such as SMS verification, public cloud storage, and after-sales support. We may share your necessary personal information with the aforementioned third parties to fulfill these basic business functions. The entrusted parties are only authorized to provide services on our behalf as per our instructions, and we will assume responsibility for their entrusted actions within the scope of the entrustment.
We may contact you via phone to gather your feedback on our Software and Services, including evaluations and problem reports. Based on your feedback, we may upgrade the Software and Services or recommend other applicable functions. If you wish to opt out of such calls, you may contact us through the methods specified in Contact Us, or clearly inform us when receiving the call.
3. Data Transfers
For Mainland China Users, personal information is stored within Mainland China.
For users outside Mainland China, data is stored in Singapore.
This Agreement is written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
