Dear customers, partners, and Laiyeans:
As the Year of the Horse approaches, I extend my sincere greetings and best wishes to you all.
Over the past few years, Laiye has navigated a path that has not always been smooth, but consistently forward. Amid changing environments, evolving technologies, and shifting market rhythms, we have continued to refine our direction and strengthen our foundations.
In the past year, we achieved sustained profitability for the first time since our founding. This milestone did not come easily, nor did it happen overnight. It reflects long-term commitment, disciplined focus on fundamentals, and patience in navigating complexity.
Meanwhile, the Year of the Snake has truly become the first year of the Agentic AI era. From the high-priced acquisition of Manus by Meta to the recent explosive popularity of OpenClaw, people are increasingly able to intuitively perceive the progress and potential of AI Agents in handling multi-step tasks and sustaining long-horizon workflows. Of course, these early explorations also clearly remind us that: in enterprise applications, the key is not only capability, but security, determinism, and governability. Only under these conditions can AI agents become a trusted, long-term component of enterprise operations.
Guided by this belief, Laiye has continued to develop agentic capabilities on top of an enterprise-grade automation foundation. Over the past year, we launched innovative products such as Laiye Agentic Document Processing and Laiye Agentic Process Automation, enabling agentic digital workers to operate within controlled environments, understand business context, and collaborate reliably with existing enterprise systems.
Take global digital marketing on LinkedIn as an example. From leads prospecting and content interaction to connection management and continuous follow-up, this is a complex, long-horizon workflow. Unlike OpenClaw or Manus, Laiye Agent is built on a strict enterprise-grade governance framework. We eliminate the 'black box' risks to account safety and brand reputation. Instead, we ensure every interaction is compliant and every action is precisely controlled. We deliver not just a tool, but deterministic business results—making agentic output as accurate and transparent as a financial statement.
Rather than pursuing speed for its own sake, we have focused on stability, determinism, and scalability. We believe that meaningful innovation is measured not by demonstrations, but by its ability to withstand real-world complexity over time.
