Laiye recognized in the 2024 Gartner® Peer Insights™ Voice of the Customer for Robotic Process Automation report

Gartner recently published Gartner Peer Insights: "Voice of the Customer" for Robotic Process Automation report, where Laiye was recognized again and listed as "Strong Performer". As of Nov. 2023, among the 9 RPA vendors included, Laiye has won a high "Willingness to Recommend" of 95%, ranking second in the world.

Gartner Peer Insights is a public platform that offers verified, first-hand reviews of enterprise software and services from experienced IT professionals.

According to the research, in the robotic process automation market, Gartner Peer Insights has published 1,514 reviews and ratings in the 18-month period ending 30 November 2023.  Vendors scores incorporate three factors: review volume, user willingness to recommend, and review market coverage across industry, company size, and region. Laiye was recognized as a "Strong Performer" with a comprehensive score of 4.8 out of 5, and 95% of "Willingness to Recommend"!
