Laiye recognized in Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Robotic Process Automation for the third consecutive year

News

Laiye, a pioneer in the Work Execution System category, announces its recognition for the third consecutive year in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). We believe, this achievement is a testament to Laiye's unwavering commitment to innovation, market understanding, and its vision of leveraging Large Language Models to shape the future of automation.

Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluated 16 RPA companies this year. Companies are evaluated from two dimensions: Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute.

Laiye's success is attributed to its integrated platform approach for large enterprise customers, innovation of incorporating Large Language Models, global partner network and large developer community.

With a profound understanding of the market dynamics, Laiye has strategically integrated its platform, enabling users to seamlessly access all components, including RPA, IDP and Conversational AI, effectively transforming disparate tasks into an integarted automation solution. In addition, Large Language Models and Foundation Models are leveraged in the design and use-case creation process, which will speed up development and time to value for customers.

Laiye officially launched its digital workforce solutions last month powered by ChatGPT and Large Language Models, notably the RPA Magic Hat. It is designed to improve RPA development efficiency, maintainability, and extensibility. It enables developers to generate RPA snippets, comments and plugins using natural language. With this advanced tool, businesses can streamline the automation development process, reduce the time and effort required to deploy automation solutions, and enhance the overall maintainability of automated workflows.

Guanchun Wang, Chairman and CEO of Laiye remarked, "We are excited to be recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for RPA for the third consecutive year. With the arrival of Generative AI, the digital workforce market will witness a 10X or even 100X increase. In the workplace, it's increasingly critical to develop a synergistic relationship between digital and human workers. We will continue to push the boundaries with all stakeholders in the digital workforce ecosystem to close the Work Execution Gap using our AI native products and solutions."

Laiye is also one of the very few vendors to be included in multiple hyperautomation-related Gartner Magic Quadrant reports as it has also been recognized in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Conversational AI this year.  Besides, Laiye is the only global technology vendor recognized as a Major Contender in three subcategories of intelligent automation by Everest Group's Peak Matrix® Reports, namely RPA, IDP and Conversational AI.
