Laiye Recognized in 2023 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Enterprise Conversational AI Platforms
Laiye, a pioneer in Work Execution System, trusted by 1000+ enterprises globally, today announced it has been recognized as a Niche Player by Gartner in the 2023 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Conversational AI Platforms for the first time.
2023 marks the second year of publication for this Magic Quadrant. The report evaluates 19 Conversational AI vendors and states that, “What is certain is that there will be significant evolution expected in vendor capabilities and growth over the next three years (as evidenced by the latest and numerous vendor movements in this Magic Quadrant report).”
We believe our recognition in this latest Magic Quadrant report comes after a strong 2022, in which Laiye announced multiple collaborations with global customers like Eurostar and Johnson & Johnson and witnessed a ten fold increase in international revenues. Laiye attributes the success to its global footprint, industry focuses and company-wide innovations that support all products and enhance their capabilities by incorporating the latest AI technologies like Large Language Models and Generative AI.
