Laiye Recognized in 2023 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Enterprise Conversational AI Platforms

Laiye, a pioneer in Work Execution System, trusted by 1000+ enterprises globally, today announced it has been recognized as a Niche Player by Gartner in the 2023 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Conversational AI Platforms for the first time.

2023 marks the second year of publication for this Magic Quadrant. The report evaluates 19 Conversational AI vendors and states that, “What is certain is that there will be significant evolution expected in vendor capabilities and growth over the next three years (as evidenced by the latest and numerous vendor movements in this Magic Quadrant report).”

We believe our recognition in this latest Magic Quadrant report comes after a strong 2022, in which Laiye announced multiple collaborations with global customers like Eurostar and Johnson & Johnson and witnessed a ten fold increase in international revenues. Laiye attributes the success to its global footprint, industry focuses and company-wide innovations that support all products and enhance their capabilities by incorporating the latest AI technologies like Large Language Models and Generative AI.

"We are humbled to have been recognized in the 2023 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Conversational AI Platforms. AI-powered chatbots were our first product and business when the company was founded seven years ago. Last year we acquired French Conversational AI start-up Mindsay to enhance our cloud-native product offering and increase our geographic coverage. We believe this recognition reflects our vision, the ability to deliver exceptional business outcomes for our clients, and our ongoing innovation in the space of Intelligent Automation and Work Execution System”, said Guanchun Wang, Chairman and CEO of Laiye.

"Building the Laiye Chatbot and managing the content in several languages is super easy" commented Céline Lestarquit, Customer Service Digital Expert of Eurostar, "As an operational service it’s been a huge plus in situations where we needed to react fast to new topics. A growing number of features enable us to check data in real time and offer users a better experience. Last but not the least, the Laiye team is super responsive and open to users' feedback regarding changes. It is a pleasure to work with them."

Laiye is poised to scale up Conversational AI business in 2023. On the strategy moving forward, Guillaume Laporte, GM of Laiye SaaS Chatbot business said: "From my perspective, this inclusion is vindication for our years' hard work and innovation focusing on creating the most intuitive AI tool to build chatbots for verticals like travel, transportation, retail and finance. Currently, we are incorporating capabilities from ChatGPT/Large Language Models into our platform to further reduce the development costs and enhance the end user experience. "

Laiye is also one of the very few vendors to be included in multiple hyperautomation-related Gartner Magic Quadrant reports as it has also been recognized in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for two consecutive years 1.  Besides, Laiye is the only global technology vendor recognized as a Major Contender in three subcategories of intelligent automation by Everest Group's Peak Matrix® Reports, namely RPA, IDP and Conversational AI.
