Laiye Recognized in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Robotic Process Automation for Six Consecutive Years

News

Gartner, the world’s leading authoritative information technology research and advisory firm, has released its Magic Quadrant for Robotic Process Automation 2026. Laiye is recognized in the report for the 6th time. We believe, this recognition reflects the steady rise of Laiye in global competitiveness, and marks further recognition of Laiye’s product innovation capabilities, market delivery and global expansion strategy.

We hold the view that the Gartner Magic Quadrant research is widely regarded as the benchmark for enterprise digital transformation. It evaluates vendors across product capabilities, strategic layout, market performance, and customer experience, offering an objective picture of the global RPA competitive landscape. According to the report, “In 2025, the global RPA market generated $3.9 billion in revenue, representing a 9.1% year-over-year (YoY) increase and sustaining its steady growth momentum.” For legacy systems lacking APIs and cross-platform UI interaction scenarios, RPA remains the most cost-effective and reliable automation solution on the market, delivering distinctive and practical business value.

Laiye anchors its technology strategy in Agentic Process Automation (APA), a paradigm shift from traditional RPA to agent-native automation that closely tracks with the three industry trends outlined by Gartner. As Laiye's flagship offering for the agent era, APA directly tackles the ROI ceiling and high maintenance costs that hinder enterprise automation at scale. Powered by four core capabilities, including agent-driven development, document-based human-machine collaboration, built-in LLM instructions and computer-use screen operation agents, APA shifts the model from manual scripting to agent comprehension and execution.

APA integrates AI agents across the full lifecycle, including development, execution, and operations. It preserves the stable, deterministic execution and enterprise-grade security of traditional RPA, while addressing three persistent pain points: high development barriers, frequent failures from UI changes, and the difficulty of scaling medium- and long-tail processes, unlocking a new level of productivity through human-machine collaboration.

Laiye has always been at the forefront of the automation industry. Meanwhile. Laiye will continue working with global customers and partners to deepen innovation and expand real-world deployment.
