Laiye Recognized in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Robotic Process Automation for the Fifth Consecutive Year

Recently, Gartner released its 2025 Magic Quadrant™ for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Laiye has once again been named in the report for the fifth consecutive year. Notably, Laiye achieved advancement in both horizontal (Completeness of Vision) and vertical (Ability to Execute) dimensions. We believe this breakthrough highlights its growing influence in the international automation market.
“Robotic process automation continues to be a core software market for improving operational efficiency with tactical automation. This Magic Quadrant evaluates 13 enterprise RPA vendors to help you make the best choice for your enterprise’s task automation needs.” According to the report, “in 2024, the market generated $3.8 billion in revenue representing a healthy 18% increase YoY, compared to the broader infrastructure software growth of 10.7%."
The report predicts that “the RPA market is at a pivotal inflection point”, driven by three core trends that are reshaping the future of enterprise automation. AI Agents are becoming essential partners to RPA, enabling automation of complex, unpredictable tasks beyond the capabilities of traditional scripts. At the same time, Computer Use tools use adaptive, probabilistic models to reduce maintenance burdens by responding dynamically to UI changes. Meanwhile, RPA is evolving into broader enterprise automation platforms by integrating with technologies like IDP, LCAP, and iPaaS to orchestrate seamless workflows across people, systems, and AI.
Laiye is known for its innovation, strategic foresight, and robust ecosystem advantages. Laiye’s core development tool, Automation Creator, empowers citizen developers through a visual design interface enhanced with AI-based assistance, significantly lowering the threshold for building automations. The platform is deeply integrated with enterprise applications and cloud ecosystems, supports seamless script migration, and uniquely combines UI element recognition with LLM prompt engineering to enable self-healing automation and improved stability.
Moreover, with experience of serving over 3,000 enterprises, Laiye is strategically focused on three key areas:End-to-end COE (Center of Excellence) lifecycle management、AI-driven ROI analytics and scenario-based GenAI applications. In addition, Laiye is among the first to explore consumption-based pricing models, helping customers optimize their cost structures and reaffirming its commitment to value-driven innovation. Laiye’s developer ecosystem—with over 30,000 certified partners and 800,000 developers—forms one of the strongest support networks in Asia Pacific.
Guanchun Wang, Chairman and CEO of Laiye, stated:“We are proud to be recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for RPA for the fifth consecutive year. Laiye is propelling Chinese automation to the world stage. As the RPA market continues growing, the rising recognition of AI Agents' value further amplifies this momentum. Through synergistic collaboration between RPA and AI Agents—each maximizing their distinct strengths—they empower government and enterprise clients to accelerate scalable deployment of digital employees, closing work execution gaps at both organizational and individual levels.”
At its recent Laiye Lead product launch, Laiye unveiled its Enterprise AI Agent Matrix, a suite of AI agents tailored to real-world business scenarios with measurable outcomes. Paired with its next-generation Work Execution Platform, this innovation empowers enterprises to deploy intelligent agents at scale—marking the transition of agentic automation from concept to practice.
As the only Chinese RPA vendor recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for five consecutive years, we believe Laiye is now at the forefront of global enterprise automation transformation. Laiye will continue working with customers and partners worldwide to realize its vision of “AI Agents for Everyone”, helping enterprises build high-efficiency, AI-driven operations for the next generation of intelligent work.
