Laiye and Microsoft Partner to Accelerate Business Automation Across China
Beijing, China - September 29th 2020, Laiye and Microsoft China have formed a strategic partnership to combine and leverage each company's strengths and develop best-in-class automation solutions that will fundamentally improve how businesses operate, and how people work.
The partnership will leverage each company's expertise and will accelerate the adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), a technology that learns, mimics and executes manual operating procedures, freeing employees from tedious repetitive tasks while significantly reducing error rates. Microsoft and Laiye will share knowledge and experience, co-visit customers, create a synergistic eco-system, cross-promote their products, and grow and strengthen engagements and relationships with their customers.
Laiye's RPA products are based on Microsoft's cloud technology, combining RPA with AI, and will deliver software solutions on Microsoft Azure cloud platform to complement the Azure ecosystem with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities.

Zou Zuoji, Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft China, recognizes that the epidemic of 2020 will lead to permanent changes in employee working methods and company operations.
